“德育、智育、体育是全面发展教育目的的三个重要方面。德育属于教育目的的苑畴,德育不是学校的一种工作,而是学校一切工作的归宿,是学校一切工作的最终目的。”诚然,德育有相对的独立性,学校可以开思想品德课,有进行道德教育的班会及其他措施等,但这些以直接进行道德教育为目的的上课或活动,毕竟在时间上是有限的,内容上也是不足以完成德育的。因此,在培养创新人才的过程中,班主任要把德育渗透到班级管理的环节中去。
