随着航天器小型化的发展,微推进技术研究具有十分迫切和重要的意义.基于微机电系统(MEMS)的固体燃料微推进器(MSPT)具有诸多优点,已成为微推进技术研究热点.介绍了MSPT的研究背景及优势,综述了国内外基于MEMS的固体燃料微推进器的结构与装配、点火部分研究、推进剂研究、推力测试装置设计、模型及数值模拟方面的研究进展.分析了目前研究中存在的问题和不足之处,并展望了未来研究的重点和改进方向.
With the development of miniaturization of spacecraft, research on micro-propulsion technology is of great urgency and importance.Micro-micro-propeller (MEMS) based micro-propellant (MSPT) has many advantages and has become a hotspot in micro-propulsion technology. The research background and advantages of MSPT are summarized, and the research progress on structure and assembly of MEMS-based solid fuel micro-thrusters, ignition part research, propellant research, thrust test device design, model and numerical simulation are reviewed. At present, Research problems and deficiencies, and prospects for the future focus and direction of improvement.
