采用改进的Hummers法对天然鳞片石墨进行氧化处理制备氧化石墨(GO),超声剥离得到氧化石墨烯(GOs),借助SEM、TEM、FT-IR、XRD和TG对样品形貌、结构及热稳定性进行了表证,结果表明试验制得了富有含氧基团(C=O、-OH、-COOH、C-O-C等)的具有较好稳定性的氧化石墨烯。通过溶液共混法制得了氧化石墨烯/水性聚氨酯(WPU)共混膜,讨论了GOs的加入量对WPU/GOs复合材料力学性能、热稳定性、导电性、耐水性等的影响,结果表明,随着GOs含量的增加,复合材料的抗拉强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率逐渐减小;复合材料的热稳定性明显提高,加入质量分数0.2%的GOs的复合材料其热分解温度提高了近30℃;GOs的加入,在一定程度上提高了复合材料的导电性及耐水性。
Graphite was oxidized by a modified Hummers method to prepare graphite oxide (GO). The graphene oxide (GOs) was obtained by ultrasonic stripping. The morphology, structure and thermal stability of the samples were characterized by SEM, TEM, FT-IR, XRD and TG The results show that the graphene oxide with good stability (O = O, -OH, -COOH, COC, etc.) has good stability. The grafted films of graphene oxide / waterborne polyurethane (WPU) were prepared by solution blending method. The effects of the amount of GOs added on the mechanical properties, thermal stability, electrical conductivity and water resistance of WPU / GOs composites were discussed. With the increase of GOs content, the tensile strength of the composites gradually increases and the elongation at break decreases gradually. The thermal stability of the composites increases obviously. The thermal decomposition temperature of composites with GOs content of 0.2% Nearly 30 ℃. The addition of GOs improves the conductivity and water resistance of composites to a certain extent.
