DPP—100型汽车钻钻杆加压装置,原设计为手摇绞车加压,为提高钻进效率,减轻体力劳动,我们在原卷筒轴上增添一套减速比为1∶30的蜗轮蜗杆机构,蜗杆轴伸出汽车平台总成右后侧,通过手轮(用汽车旧方向盘代用)操纵(见附图)。因蜗轮在卷筒轴上可自由转动,所以不影响卷筒的快速转动。当蜗轮上的离合爪A与卷筒轴上的离合爪B结合时,操纵手轮即可实现卷筒转动,比原设计省力得多。由于操作轻便,使用灵活,深受钻工同志欢迎。
