学校德育可分为显性德育和隐性德育两个方面,二者有机互补,形成学校德育工作 的合力。学校的隐性德育包括物质性、制度性以及文化-心理性隐性德育三个方面。其中, 实现中学制度性的隐性德育的优化,是增强德育实效性的有效途径之一。对目前在学校制 度 方面存在的隐性德育问题进行初步的探讨,以期实现制度性隐性德育的优化,进而增强 中学 德育工作的实效性。
School moral education can be divided into two aspects: explicit moral education and implicit moral education. The two are organically complementary and form the joint force of school moral education. The school’s hidden moral education includes three aspects: materiality, institutionalization, and cultural-psychological hidden moral education. Among them, the realization of the optimization of hidden moral education in middle schools is one of the effective ways to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. A preliminary discussion is being conducted on the hidden moral education issues currently existing in the school system in order to optimize institutional hidden moral education and enhance the effectiveness of secondary school moral education.
