氯化异氰尿酸类消毒药是异氰尿酸的氯化衍生物,具有“有效氯”含量高和杀菌作用强等优点,可用于桑蚕消毒、饮水消毒和其它卫生防疫消毒。国内已有产品。氯化异氰尿酸溶解于水中时能水解生成次氯酸(HOCl)而奏杀菌之效。次氯酸浓度的大小与溶液的 pH 值有关:在弱酸性溶液中,次氯酸的浓度最大,杀菌作用最强。本类药物的杀菌谱较广,对细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌孢子及细菌芽胞等都有较强的杀灭作用。可以采用喷洒消毒或熏烟消毒;亦可配成复方消毒剂应用。
