甲癣多由浅部真菌引起,而由念珠菌引起的甲病较为少见,现将我们近二年来见到10例报告如下: 临床资料:全部为门诊患者,其中女8人,男2人;年龄最小4岁,最大56岁,病程最短8个月,最长达20年。均为指甲受损,其中累及1—3个甲者6人,累及4个甲以上者4人,其中有2人的10个指甲均有不同程度累及。临床表现:多数甲的损害先从甲的一侧开始,或由甲板下向上侵蚀,受累甲板和甲床分离,多呈灰白色,甲板下松软,有较明显碎屑,有2例甲板轻度增厚。其中有2例伴有明显的甲沟炎,经治疗后病情反复。10甲均累及者呈甲营养不良样表现。全部未见有明显的手癣伴发。病程较长,一般夏季较明显,而冬季较轻,本组患者的6人在发病时伴有不同程度的甲沟炎病史,经治疗后甲沟炎愈,而甲病迁延。 实验室检查,1.均取甲下碎屑进行直接镜检,结果6人阳性,可见到具有芽生孢子薄壁 More onychomycosis caused by shallow fungi, and Candida caused by a disease is relatively rare, now we see the past two years to report 10 cases are as follows: Clinical data: all outpatients, of whom 8 were women, 2 men and 2; age Minimum 4 years old, maximum 56 years old, the shortest duration of 8 months, up to 20 years.
