上学期,我接了一个新班级的教课任务,这个班级的各科成绩水平并不出众,而且不少老师还评价,这班孩子不爱学,整体学习风气不如别班。由于我任教的信息技术并不是主科,所以学生们重视程度不高,但是在我的课堂,他们却非常放松,私自听音乐、玩游戏的不在少数。这让我非常头疼,副科的科任老师不好当,这的确是个通病了。素质教育时代,这样的情况长此以往却是很不乐观的。我抱着积极的心态找学生谈心,了解他们的想法,学生倒出乎意料地坦白,有学生告诉我,主科学习很累,
