对天然生长于祁连山自然保护区隆畅河自然保护站的濒危植物蒙古扁桃的带内果皮及去内果皮种子的形态、萌发过程及成苗生长状态进行了试验研究。结果表明,蒙古扁桃带内果皮种子长1.344~1.389 cm,宽0.872~0.922 cm,厚0.711~0.740 cm,种子单粒重0.364~0.419 g,千粒重364~419 g;蒙古扁桃去内果皮种子长0.953 cm,宽0.530~0.539 cm,厚0.383~0.395 cm,单粒重0.087~0.097 g,千粒重87~97 g。单粒种子的内果皮平均重量为0.282±0.008 g。种子的单粒重与长度、宽度、厚度的相关极为显著;种子重量与其种子长度、宽度、厚度的关系可分别用直线、幂函数曲线和多项式曲线方程来描述。不同温度温水浸泡处理的蒙古扁桃带内果皮及去内果皮种子的发芽过程分别适合用对数和多项式曲线方程来描述,其种子发芽过程中的发芽数量大致都呈单峰曲线状态;内果皮对蒙古扁桃种子的萌发有机械抑制作用。蒙古扁桃种子成苗(平均苗龄20天和14天)后苗木高度小于根长,但其地上部分的生物量大于地下部分的生物量,含水率则小于地下部分。
The morphology, germination process and seedling growth status of the endangered plant Almond (Prunus persica) grown in the Longchanghe Nature Reserve of Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve were studied. The results showed that the seeds of Mongolian almond peel had a length of 1.344-1.389 cm, a width of 0.872-0.922 cm and a thickness of 0.711-0.740 cm. The weight of single seeds was 0.364-0.419 g and the weight of seeds was 364-419 g. cm, width 0.530 ~ 0.539 cm, thickness 0.383 ~ 0.395 cm, single grain weight 0.087 ~ 0.097 g, grain weight 87 ~ 97 g. The average weight of single endocarp seeds was 0.282 ± 0.008 g. The correlation between seed weight and seed length, width and thickness can be described by straight line, power function curve and polynomial curve equation respectively. The germination process of endophytic peel and endocarp of Mongolia almond peel with different temperature and warm water immersion were suitable for describing by the logarithm and polynomial curve equation respectively. The number of germination in the process of seed germination almost all showed single peak curve. Germination of Mongolian almond seeds with mechanical inhibition. Seedlings of Prunus mongolica seedlings (average seedling age of 20 days and 14 days) after seedling height is less than the root length, but the aboveground biomass than the underground biomass, moisture content is less than the underground part.
