2010年岁末,盘点中国年度经济大事,不禁令人感到一丝隐忧。富士康“跳楼门”、“宋山木事件”、“广本集体罢工”等触目惊心的事件,再次凸显了“中国式管理的困境”。今天,当国内制造业在“刀片式利润”中步履维艰,当产业升级与转型已经箭在弦上,当中国向知识经济昂首阔步,当人口红利逐渐式微,当新世代员工已渐成主力之时。传统的科层制组织结构,缺少人文关怀的高压型管理已经显得非常不合时宜。当落后扭曲的管理模式与人性之间矛盾到达临界点,便会以一种炽烈的方式爆发。世界上伟大企业有一个共性:管理者对人性有一种发自内心的敬畏之心。从沃森到杰克·韦尔奇,从艾科卡到比尔·盖茨,从松下幸之助到稻盛和夫。这些商界精英固然有着过人的眼光和卓越的领导力,但更为重要的是,他们眼中有人,能够给员工以信任、尊重,并善于激发别人的潜能。日本思想家福泽谕吉在他的《劝学篇》中,曾非常精练地指出西方国家的强国逻辑:“人人之独立,才有国家之独立。”在企业管理当中,这一原则同样适用,管理者只有真正尊重人,顺应人性,并在此基础上制定人力资源战略,人的创造力才能最大限度地发挥出来,企业也才能真正屹立于商界。

The Japanese thinker Fukuzawa Yukio remarked very succinctly in his Encouraging Articles that the logic of the power of the Western countries: “The independence of all nations means the independence of the state.” In business management, this principle The same applies.
