From December 10 to November 11, 2014, the delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Labor Lupinen and his delegation went to Henan Province to conduct work-study visits and training on employment guidance and training for the labor force. The members of the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Guo Chengquan, director of the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, member of the party group of Henan Province Human Resources and Social Security Department and Li Zhen, director of the Provincial Employment Promotion Office, accompanied the inspection. Lupinen and his entourage held discussions with relevant departments of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to understand the employment of labor force in Henan Province
