当前,矿山运输仍然是窄轨距的铁路运输,坑下更是如此,这种运输的要素是机车、车辆在窄轨上运行,也就是车轮与窄轨作相对运动。本文拟结合生产实践对它们之间的关系进行讨论。按照一期工程设计,我矿坑下运输采用20吨电机车牵引6米~3侧卸式矿车运矿。20吨电机车未到货,暂用14吨电机车牵引矿车运矿,7吨电机车牵引2米~3。固定式矿车运废石、人车及材料车。电机车均为常州内燃机车厂生产,6米~3及2米~3矿车是用鞍山矿山设计院的图纸(图1)生产的。
At present, the mine transportation is still a narrow-gauge railway transportation, even more so under the pit. The elements of such transportation are locomotives and vehicles running on narrow rails, that is, the relative movement between the wheels and narrow rails. This article intends to discuss the relationship between them with production practices. According to a project design, I use 20 tons of electric vehicles under the pit traction 6 m ~ 3 side unloading ore transport. 20 tons of electric vehicles did not arrive, temporary use of 14 tons of electric locomotive towing ore transport, 7 tons of electric locomotive traction 2 m ~ 3. Stationary transport of waste rock car, car and material vehicles. The electric locomotives are all produced by Changzhou Diesel Locomotive Works. The 6m ~ 3m and 2m ~ 3 mines are produced by the drawings of Anshan Mining Design Institute (Figure 1).
