WHO requires that the direction of unpaid blood donation efforts is to develop a contingent of voluntary non-contributory blood donors. One of them is that donors donate blood at least once a year. We conducted a retrospective study to analyze the data of unpaid blood donors from 2006 to 2008 in Aksu region and fully understand the distribution characteristics of unpaid blood donors in Aksu region in order to better promote the publicity and mobilization of unpaid blood donation
