位于我国南部的瑶族饮食以米食为主,辅以地方特色的其它粮食,菜肴都以地方所产原料为主,饮食活动中特别注重节日食俗,也讲究其民族特有的饮食禁忌。
Yao cuisine located in the south of our country is dominated by rice and supplemented by other local foodstuffs. The dishes are mostly made of local raw materials. Special emphasis is placed on festival food and customs in their eating activities, as well as the taboo on eating and drinking of their ethnic groups.
