采用数量性状的加性 -显性发育遗传模型分析了按NCⅡ交配设计的 2套籼型三系杂交水稻茎蘖数的发育遗传规律。结果表明 ,在不同的发育阶段中 ,茎蘖数均以显性效应基因的表达为主 ,环境和基因型互作会影响茎蘖数加性效应基因的表达 ,而对显性效应基因表达的影响不明显 ;随着发育进程的推进 ,茎蘖数在生长中期的杂种优势最强 ;加性效应基因和显性效应基因在茎蘖数发育的全过程中有选择地表达。分析不同发育阶段茎蘖数与有效穗数之间的相关性 ,发现优势强的群体紧密相关的时期提早 ,反之 ,则推迟 ;利用分蘖中期的杂种优势会导致最终生物产量的提高而降低成穗率。
The genetics of development of tiller number in two sets of three-line indica hybrid rice by NCⅡ mating analysis was analyzed by additive-dominance genetic model of quantitative trait. The results showed that in different stages of development, the number of tillers and tillers was dominated by dominant-effect gene expression. The interaction of environment and genotype would affect the expression of additive-effect genes of stem-tiller number, but the effect of dominant-effect gene expression The effect was not obvious. With the advancement of the development process, the tillering number had the strongest heterosis in the middle growth stage. The additive effect gene and the dominant effect gene were selectively expressed in the whole process of tillering number development. The correlation between tiller number and effective panicle number at different developmental stages was analyzed. It was found that the closely related period of the superior group was earlier, and on the contrary, it was postponed. Utilizing the mid-tillering heterosis resulted in the increase of the final biological yield, rate.
