目的:对三峡库区不同产地重楼属药用植物种植基地的根际土壤及药材中矿质营养元素K,Ca,Mg,Na,Mn,Zn,Cu,Ni的含量及其相关性进行分析评价,为重楼矿质营养元素诊断和指导合理施肥提供参考。方法:采用湿法消解处理重楼根茎及根际土壤,通过原子吸收分光光度法测定,所得数据用SPSS 18.0软件进行分析。结果:重楼根茎中营养元素与根际土壤中营养元素呈现一定的相关性。不同产地重楼根茎及其根际土壤中8种营养元素含量存在显著差异,重楼根茎中各营养元素平均含量排序为K>Ca>Na>Mg>Cu>Mn>Ni>Zn,根际土壤则为Mg>Na>Ca>K>Mn>Zn>Ni>Cu。重楼对Na,Cu,Ca具有一定的富集能力,重楼根茎及根际土壤中8种营养元素有多重相关性。结论:重楼药材主要通过选择性吸收调控其矿质营养元素的含量;重楼对营养元素的吸收积累具有一定的协同吸收作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and evaluate the content of mineral elements K, Ca, Mg, Na, Mn, Zn, Cu and Ni in rhizosphere soils and medicinal plants of Rhizosphere , Which provided a reference for the diagnosis and guidance of rational mineral fertilization in Chongluo. Methods: Rhizome and rhizosphere soil were treated with wet digestion method and determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. Results: The nutrient elements in rhizome of Reproduction House showed some correlation with the nutrients in rhizosphere soil. There were significant differences in the contents of 8 nutrients among rhizomes and rhizosphere soils in different regions of origin. The average contents of nutrients in Rhizomes of Rhizoma Paridis were K> Ca> Na> Mg> Cu> Mn> Ni> Zn. Rhizosphere soil Then Mg> Na> Ca> K> Mn> Zn> Ni> Cu. Heavy building has some enrichment ability to Na, Cu and Ca, and there are multiple correlations among 8 kinds of nutrient elements in rhizome and rhizosphere soil. CONCLUSION: Rhizoma Paridis herbs mainly regulate the content of mineral nutrients by selective absorption. Rhizoma Paridis has synergistic absorption effect on the absorption and accumulation of nutrients.
