本实验结果表明,白附子生品对眼结膜、胃粘膜及皮肤有明显的刺激作用,而新法炮制后的制品同药典一样,刺激作用和强度均较生品明显减弱或消失。灌胃给药:生、制品毒性均不明显。腹腔注射:生品呈现明显毒性反应,制品毒性减弱,其中新法毒性减弱最明显。连续用药21天,除生品对大鼠体重增长有明显影响外,其它各组对体重、肝、肾功能及血象均未见有明显的影响。
The results of this experiment showed that the raw material of white aconite had obvious stimulatory effects on the conjunctiva, gastric mucosa and skin, and the product after the new method was the same as the pharmacopoeia, and the stimulatory effect and intensity were significantly reduced or disappeared compared with the raw product.
