为分析涡轮外环具体结构对温度的影响,在确定的流动与边界条件下,以某型发动机高压涡轮外环为研究对象并进行一定简化,应用3维数值模拟手段计算和分析了不同冲击距离对外环温度最大值及分布的影响,在综合考虑外环温度水平和分布均匀程度的约束下给出了冲击距离的最优值为冲击孔距离的6.5倍。具有较为实用的工程指导意义。
In order to analyze the influence of the specific structure of turbine outer ring on temperature, the outer ring of a certain type of engine high-pressure turbine is taken as the research object and simplified under certain flow and boundary conditions. The three-dimensional numerical simulation method is used to calculate and analyze the influence of different impact distance The maximum impact temperature on the outer ring and its distribution are given.
