目的:初步比较研究嫁接植株与忍冬、灰毡毛忍冬生物学形态特性的差异。方法:各随机抽取10棵发育形态正常的植株,每株随机剪取10根枝条,用直尺分别测量其枝条长度与直径,计算枝条上的着花数,测量枝条着花部分的节间长度、观察花蕾的外观性状、测定干燥叶片及花蕾的重量等,分别求出平均值,并采用SAS统计分析软件进行显著性分析。结论:嫁接植株茎枝的形态特征与灰毡毛忍冬植株更加相近,但也表现出一定的差异,主要是枝条更加粗壮,花枝节间较短,叶片肥大,叶片与花蕾重量增加,表现出了一定的嫁接优势。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and study the difference of biological morphological characteristics between grafted plants and honeysuckle and honeysomphalia. Methods: Ten randomly selected plants with normal morphological morphology were randomly selected. Ten branches per plant were cut randomly.
