以探索再现研制康熙青花色料为目的,在Co-Al尖晶石为基础的钴蓝色料中引入不同比例的Fe2O3和MnO2,并探讨其对合成康熙青花色料的呈色影响。通过XRD、能谱仪及色度仪对样品进行测试分析,研究表明,随着Fe/Co值的升高,青花色料的呈色逐渐由明蓝向暗蓝色转变;Mn/Co值的升高,青花色料的呈色逐渐由明蓝色向灰青色转变。在合成过程中得到不同比例的CoAl2O4、FeAl2O4、MnAl2O4、Mn0.83Al1.96Fe0.21O4晶体,这些物质与游离态的铁、钴、锰离子所形成的化合物共同作用,影响着青花色料的呈色效果。
In order to explore the development of Kangxi blue and white pigment for the purpose of the introduction of different proportions of Fe2O3 and MnO2 Co-Al spinel-based cobalt blue material to explore its color effects on the synthesis of Kangxi blue and white pigment. The samples were analyzed by XRD, EDS and colorimetric analyzer. The results showed that with the increase of Fe / Co value, the color of blue-and-white pigment gradually changed from bright blue to dark blue. The Mn / Co value Rise, the color of the blue-and-white color gradually changes from bright blue to gray-blue. Different proportions of crystals of CoAl2O4, FeAl2O4, MnAl2O4, Mn0.83Al1.96Fe0.21O4 are obtained in the synthesis process. These substances interact with compounds formed by free iron, cobalt and manganese ions and affect the coloring effect of the blue-and-white pigment .
