上海音乐学院音乐学系主任谭冰若教授最近呼吁,发展和繁荣中国通俗音乐,必须从现在“恶性循环”的低谷中走出来。谭教振指出,现在有些音乐界和文化部门的人士还对通俗音乐持有偏见,甚至公开指责,这不能全怪他们思想“保守”,不够“开放”。因为他们对通俗音乐并不了解,他们只是看到国内舞台上所出现的充满港台味的通俗音乐,因此,只要一提通俗音乐,他们就会把它与港台歌曲混为一谈。其实,港台的流行音乐只是世界通俗音乐中
