目的:比较不同采收期乌头不同组织部位中粗多糖的含量。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸分光光度法测定粗多糖的含量,比较不同采收期乌头母根、子根、须根、茎、叶的粗多糖含量。结果:乌头全植株各组织部位粗多糖含量顺序为子根>母根>须根>叶>茎,地下部分含量>地上部分,6月4日子根粗多糖含量最高,6月18日茎、叶、须根粗多糖含量较其他采收期高,6月18日与7月3日母根粗多糖含量接近。结论:该研究初步探索了乌头各组织部位粗多糖的动态变化,为乌头资源的综合利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To compare the content of crude polysaccharides in different tissues of aconite in different harvesting periods. Methods: The content of crude polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid spectrophotometry, and the content of crude polysaccharides in roots, stems and leaves of A. capitatum at different harvesting times were compared. Results: The contents of crude polysaccharides in all tissues of Aconitum were in order of root> mother root> fibrous roots> leaves> stems, underground fraction> aerial parts, June 4, , The content of crude polysaccharide in fibrous roots was higher than those in other harvesting periods, and the contents of crude polysaccharides in parent root on June 18 and July 3 were similar. Conclusion: The study initially explored the dynamic changes of crude polysaccharide in the tissues of Aconitum and provided the scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of Aconitum.
