在编辑部每月收到的数以千计的来稿中,许多作者(其中有校长,但更多的是教师和其他行政干部)都不吝笔墨,从不同角度思考着校长的为“官”之道,字里行间,亦责亦爱,亦喜亦忧,足见其对校长的期望之真、之高。本期我们围绕校长的为“官”之道编发了一组稿件,意在表明,做好一个校长或做一个好校长,不能由“官位”或“官威”来决定,而是需要校长正确理解教育的真谛,把握办学的规律,适应时代的要求,用爱、用智、用术,开拓学校发展的新局面。
