培育家兔造成骨质疏松模型,用于研究妇女骨质疏松患者骨中无机元素的变化机理。使用中子活化分析技术测定30例家兔髂骨中无机元素含量。结果表明,实验组中F元素含量较对照组显著增高(P<0.001),Mg元素含量显著减少(P<0.001),而其它元素如K、Na、Ca、Ba、Mn、Sr在两组之间无显著差异。结合家兔血清生化指标的测定,探讨了元素对维持正常骨结构的意义。
The model of osteoporosis was induced in rabbits and used to study the mechanism of inorganic elements in the bone of women with osteoporosis. Neutron activation analysis was used to determine the content of inorganic elements in the iliac bone of 30 rabbits. The results showed that the content of F element in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.001), and the content of Mg element was significantly decreased (P <0.001), while the other elements such as K, Na, Ca, Ba, Mn, Sr There was no significant difference between the two groups. Combined with the determination of serum biochemical markers in rabbits, the significance of elements in maintaining normal bone structure was discussed.
