为明确本省冬小麦田播娘蒿对苯磺隆的抗性水平及分布现状,山东省农业科学院植物保护研究所研究人员近期在温室中采用整株剂量-反应测定法,测定了全省各小麦主产区的37份播娘蒿样品对苯磺隆的敏感性。研究结果显示,山东省播娘蒿对苯磺隆的抗药性已非常普遍,所测样品中,抗性生物型有29个,占总采样数的78.38%;敏感生物型仅8个,占21.62%。抗性生物型中,中抗性生物型最多占51.72%,低抗性生物型占31.03%,高抗性生物型占17.24%。鲁西南平洼区和鲁西
In order to clarify the resistance level and distribution status of Artemisia annua in winter wheat field in our province, the plant protection research institute of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences recently used whole-plant dose-response assay in greenhouse, Sensitivities of 37 Artemisia annua samples to tribenuron-methyl in the producing areas. The results showed that the resistance of Artemisia annua L. to tribenuron-methyl in Shandong Province was very common. Among the tested samples, 29 were resistant to biotypes, accounting for 78.38% of the total number of samples; only 8 were sensitive biotypes, accounting for 21.62 %.
