2015年12月3日,“第八届中国版权年会保护新闻作品版权论坛”在京举办。此次论坛由新华社、国家版权局指导,中国版权协会、新华社新闻研究所共同主办,目的在于凝聚并促使业界在加强新闻版权保护方面达成更多共识,增强新闻作品权利人、传播者和使用者的版权意识。本文是新华社社长蔡名照在论坛上所作主旨演讲的核心部分。
December 3, 2015, “The Eighth China Copyright Conference on Protection of Copyright Press” held in Beijing. The forum is co-sponsored by the Xinhua News Agency and the State Copyright Administration, co-sponsored by the China Copyright Association and Xinhua News Agency Institute of Journalism. The purpose of the forum is to unite and urge the industry to reach more consensus on strengthening the protection of news copyrights, to enhance rights holders, communicators and User’s copyright awareness. This article is the core part of Xinhua News Agency President Cai Mingzhao’s keynote address at the forum.
