企业在培训上的开支从来都不是成本,而是能产生可观回报的投资。培训经费既不是越压缩越好,也不是越多越有效,而应根据企业实际状态与需要设定(即零基预算法),其关键点在于培训工作是否有效。这不仅体现在单个培训项目的有效性上,更体现在各个培训项目组合起来的有效性上
The cost of training an organization has never been a cost, but rather a return on investment. Training funds are neither more compressed the better, nor more effective, but should be set according to the actual state and needs of enterprises (that is, zero-based budgeting), the key point is whether the training is effective. This is not only reflected in the effectiveness of a single training project, but also in the effectiveness of the various training programs combined
