《中国特种设备安全》2006年10期中有蔡军同志《糖厂锅炉加药暴露的问题及解决方法》一文,对糖厂发电锅炉过热器盐垢形成的原因进行了分析,通过改变锅炉加药药剂的成分,比较切实地解决了锅炉使用单位存在的问题。由于过热器积盐原因存在有多面性,笔者结合电站锅炉化学监督中出现的过热器积盐情况,也对过热器盐垢形成原因进行讨论,供参考。1出现的问题广州有2家糖厂的锅炉型号为WGZ-130/3.82-M的锅炉1台、型号WGZ-75/3.82-M的锅炉2台,水处理方式采用二级软化,正常运行时给水控制指标为pH值、二氧化硅、硬度、铁离子、铜离子:并采用给水作
