August 12 ~ 14, 2009 The conference was held in Mianyang, co-sponsored by China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering Society of Rock Dynamics and Engineering Safety and Protection Branch, sponsored by Southwest University of Science and Technology. The theme of the conference was “Rock under Strong Earthquake Engineering Safety and Protection ”, there are more than 150 people attended the meeting.
