【背景】作为一线教师,在教学中常常会遇到这样的情况:同一班级的学生学习基础大相径庭,学习基础较好的,能迅速掌握教师的授课内容;学习基础较薄弱的,对教师的授课内容掌握起来十分吃力;学习基础一般的,只能勉强掌握教师的授课内容。针对学生学习基础存在差异的现状,要想提高教学实效,必须实施分层教学。教师如何在同一班级根据不同层次学生的学习情况进行针对性的教学呢?在一节思想品德复习课上,导生制的初步尝试给了我一些启示。
