本文为内燃机车柴油机高强度铸铁曲轴得出了疲劳破坏相似方程的参数;为连杆颈直径为165~200mm的铸铁曲轴找出了疲劳曲线方程的参数;对16ЧН26/26型柴油机曲轴进行了疲劳计算,建立了曲轴寿命分布函数,证明原始制件圆角部位安全系数是足够的;试验研究和16ЧН26/26型柴油机在干线内燃机车上的长期使用经验证明所得计算数据是可靠的;本文介绍的曲轴寿命计算方法可推荐用来评定新结构曲轴的寿命。
In this paper, the parameters of the fatigue failure equation are obtained for the high-strength cast iron diesel engine crankshaft of diesel locomotive; the parameters of the fatigue curve equation are found out for the cast iron crankshaft with connecting rod neck diameter of 165 ~ 200mm; the crankshaft of 16ЧН26 / 26 diesel engine is fatigue Calculated and established the life distribution function of crankshaft and proved that the safety factor of fillet part of the original workpiece is sufficient. The long-term experience on the test and study of 16ЧН26 / 26 diesel engine on mainline diesel locomotives proves that the calculated data is reliable. Crank life calculation method can be recommended to evaluate the life of the new structure of the crankshaft.
