一、问题的提出现行《公路柔性路面设计规范》在厚度计算方面规定:对原有路面补强采用经验公式,对新建公路则用理论公式;两法是互不相通的。原因是:对于老路的强度参数,经验公式是用轮测的弯沉值-L_w表征,而理论公式则可近似地用综合当量模量-E_s表征。“规范”还规定了:理论法的土基强度参数E_o采用单圆刚性承载板测定。因此,
