全粒级尾砂胶结充填要求混合料含水少,均匀和流动性好,常规的搅拌设备难以满足要求。根据以细粒尾砂和水泥等固体材料组成的混合料属于一种具有触变性质的标准分散体系这一特点,研制成功了双轴叶片式搅拌机和高速搅拌机。用它搅拌的全尾砂胶结充填料浓度高,均匀性和流动性好,能够满足高浓度全尾砂胶结充填新工艺的要求。试验结果表明,由于高速搅拌机的强力作用,水泥的水化作用得到加强,在额定强度相同的条件下,每立方米充填料的水泥耗量可降低约100kg。新设备在凡口铅锌矿进行了工业试验,现已应用于生产。本文主要介绍设备的特点及其试验结果。
The whole grading tailings cementation filling requirements of the mixture less water, uniform and good fluidity, conventional mixing equipment difficult to meet the requirements. According to the characteristics of a standard dispersion system with thixotropic properties, a mixture composed of a solid material such as tailings sand and cement has been successfully developed as a biaxial blade mixer and a high-speed mixer. Tailored with it, the whole tailing cement filling material has high concentration, good uniformity and fluidity, and can meet the requirements of the new technology of high concentration tailings cementing and filling. The test results show that due to the strong action of the high-speed mixer, the hydration of the cement is strengthened. Under the same rated strength, the cement consumption per cubic meter of filler can be reduced by about 100kg. The new equipment has been tested in the industrial lead-zinc mine and has been used in production. This article describes the characteristics of the device and its test results.
