“一带一路”国家战略对国际化人才培养提供机遇,也带来了挑战,将高等职业教育融入一带一路进行研究将会成为一种新理念、新范式、新常态。对此进行研究,有助于搭建双边对话合作平台、有助于提高高职院校办学质量、有助于彰显职业教育国际话语权,但当前外经贸类高等职业教育往往存在外语交流能力的培养有所欠缺、培养目标同质化、教学环境和条件比较落后、学生创新业能力低下等问题。针对这些问题,从招收英才“苗子”、探索国际化特色课程、抒写中国情结、走出国门方式、推动就业出口等方面提出了高等职业教育国际化人才培养融入一带一路的理路。
“The Belt and Road” national strategy provides opportunities and challenges for internationalized personnel training. To integrate higher vocational education into the Belt and Road will be a new concept, new paradigm and new normal. Research on this will help build a platform for bilateral dialogue and cooperation, which will help to improve the quality of running a higher vocational college and help to demonstrate the international discourse right in vocational education. However, at present, higher vocational education in foreign trade and economic trade often has the ability to communicate in foreign languages Lack of training, homogenization of training objectives, backward teaching environment and conditions, low ability of students in innovative industries and so on. In response to these problems, we put forward the road of integrating the international personnel training in higher vocational education into the Belt and Road from such aspects as recruiting talents, exploring seedlings of internationalization, describing Chinese complexities, going abroad and promoting employment.
