调研国外20家数据库出版商的移动服务方案,从其服务形式、获取方式、权限及支持平台、开发模式、推广方式、用户评价几个方面进行分析,发现:目前国外数据库出版商在移动APP应用的开发上表现出较好的势头;在APP内容上,电子书、期刊类应用占绝大多数,且用户对移动APP的接受程度较高,但专业类应用仍有待开发;在平台开发上自主意识较强,但服务推广方式总体效果一般。在此基础上,提出图书馆应当加强移动APP的开发,在开发模式上增强自主意识,并加强与技术提供商及数据库商的合作,同时加大对移动服务的推广。
This paper investigates the mobile service solutions of 20 foreign database publishers from the following aspects: service form, access method, authority and support platform, development mode, promotion method and user evaluation. On this basis, it is proposed that the library should strengthen the development of mobile APP, enhance the self-awareness in the development mode, strengthen the cooperation with technology providers and database vendors, and increase the promotion of mobile services.
