在裸小鼠接种肿瘤(人胃腺癌SGC-790l株)部位,自皮下或腹腔注射不同剂量的细小病毒H-1,每周治疗1次或2次,连续3周,于停止治疗后隔日解剖,称取肿瘤重量,并与注射PBS对照组小鼠的肿瘤比较,计算治疗组的肿瘤抑制率。结果表明,裸小鼠皮下接种SGC-7901后,在瘤周围注射细小病毒H-12×10~7/kg,对肿瘤生长产生一定抑制作用,肿瘤抑制率为58.5%,腹腔注射治疗时抑制作用不明显。给KM小鼠1次注射细小病毒H-110~9/
The nude mice were inoculated with a tumor (human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 strain) and subcutaneous or intraperitoneal injections of different doses of parvovirus H-1 were given once or twice a week for 3 consecutive weeks and dissected every other day after discontinuation of treatment. The weight of the tumor was weighed and compared with that of the mice injected with the PBS control group to calculate the tumor inhibition rate of the treatment group. The results showed that injection of parvovirus H-12×10~7/kg around the tumor after subcutaneous inoculation of SGC-7901 in nude mice had a certain inhibitory effect on tumor growth, and the tumor inhibition rate was 58.5%.
