微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定丹参中砷、汞的含量

目的:采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法,建立丹参中重金属砷(As)、汞(Hg)的检测方法。方法:通过微波消解法处理丹参样品,提取As、Hg。采用原子荧光光谱法测定As、Hg的含量。结果:As和Hg的检测限分别为5.2和0.6μg/kg,标准曲线相关系数(r)分别为0.9996和0.9985,加样回收率均大于97%。结论:该方法样品处理简单,仪器操作简便,灵敏度高,可作为丹参中As、Hg的含量测定方法。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of heavy metal arsenic (As) and mercury (Hg) in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae by microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: Samples of Salvia miltiorrhiza were treated by microwave digestion and As and Hg were extracted. Determination of As and Hg by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The detection limits of As and Hg were 5.2 and 0.6 μg / kg, respectively. The correlation coefficients (r) of standard curve were 0.9996 and 0.9985, respectively. The recoveries of As and Hg were both higher than 97%. Conclusion: The method of sample processing is simple, the instrument is easy to operate and has high sensitivity. It can be used as a method for the determination of As and Hg in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
