钽、铌及钽铌合金(Ta_(0.80)Nb_(0.20))箔在0.01%H_3PO_4液中,进行电化学赋能。借助于椭圆偏振仪测定阳极氧化膜的阳极化常数(k,A/V)。根据电容公式,计算出介电常数(ε)。所得诸值为:k_(Ta_2O_5)=15.76±4.5%A/V,k_(Nb_2O_5)=19.96±2.1%A/V,k_(TaNb)=16.23±2.3%A/V;ε_(Ta_2O_5)=26.98±3.2%,ε_(Nb_2O_5)=41.11=2.0%,ε_(TaNb)=26.23±2.4%。室温下的Ta、Nb及Ta_(0.80)Nb_(0.20)合金的参考干涉色标的周期交换分别为70V、60V及70V。
Tantalum, niobium and tantalum-niobium alloys (Ta 0.80 Nb 0.20 foil) were electrochemically energized in 0.01% H 3 PO 4 solution. The anodization constant (k, A / V) of the anodized film was measured by means of an ellipsometer. Based on the capacitance formula, the dielectric constant (ε) is calculated. The obtained values are as follows: k Ta 2 O 5 = 15.76 ± 4.5% A / V, k Nb 2 O 5 = 19.96 ± 2.1% A / V, k TaNb = 16.23 ± 2.3% A / ± 3.2%, ε_ (Nb_2O_5) = 41.11 = 2.0%, ε_ (TaNb) = 26.23 ± 2.4%. The periodic interferences of the reference interference color patches of Ta, Nb and Ta 0.80 Nb 0.20 alloy at room temperature are respectively 70V, 60V and 70V.
