旅行社业作为旅游业三大支柱中的龙头产业,近年来取得了长足发展。然而在散客时代,传统旅行社业面临着在线旅游代理商的激烈竞争,增长乏力。笔者认为要从根本上走出此困境,需对旅行社经营商的性质进行重新定位。本文立足于法律层面,通过对我国旅行社性质的演变历程进行梳理,对新时代环境下旅行社经营商的定位提出质疑,以期为旅行社业的良性发展提供新思路、新方向。
As a leading industry in the three pillars of tourism, the travel agency industry has made great strides in recent years. However, in the era of FIT, the traditional travel agencies are faced with fierce competition from online travel agents, with sluggish growth. I believe that to fundamentally get out of this predicament, the nature of travel agencies need to be repositioned. Based on the legal level, this article combs the evolution of the nature of travel agencies in our country and challenges the positioning of the travel agencies in the new era so as to provide new ideas and new directions for the healthy development of travel agencies.
