利用氯化锌水溶液在中、高纤维浓度的条件下处理漂白竹纤维化学浆成纸,以求制备高强度纸张,同时利用红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射分析仪和扫描电子显微镜表征处理前后纸张纤维微观性能的变化情况。结果表明,氯化锌质量分数65%、处理温度65℃、处理时间8min、洗涤时间10min的处理条件可满足上述要求。与原纸相比,经塑化后的纸张干抗张指数提高55%,干耐破强度指数提高132%,湿抗张强度指数提高190%,湿耐破强度指数提高456%,处理后成纸表面形态变化明显,其它微观性能无明显变化。
The bleached bamboo fiber chemical pulping paper was treated with aqueous solution of zinc chloride at medium and high fiber concentrations to prepare high strength paper. Meanwhile, the paper fiber before and after treatment was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analyzer and scanning electron microscope Micro-performance changes. The results showed that the treatment conditions of 65% zinc chloride, 65 ℃ treatment temperature, 8min treatment time and 10min washing time could meet the above requirements.
