一、氯化锌-氯化钙水溶液淬火介质的研制为解决中碳钢零件在热处理过程中“淬硬”与“变形”这一矛盾,我们曾于1974年研制出氯化钙水溶液淬火介质,取得较好效果。一些工厂采用氯化钙水溶液淬火介质取代了原来的水淬-油冷、熔融硝盐或碱浴的淬火,适用钢种也扩大到碳工具钢及一些低合金钢如 T10A、40Cr、60Si2、GCr15、20Cr 渗碳钢等。
