电梯安全事故频发,严重影响居民生命财产安全,并成为突出的社会问题。本文从电梯选型、管理职责、维保质量、使用方法等方面入手,解析了电梯安全事故频发的原因,并以此为依据,对电梯安全相关制度进行了较为深入的探讨,包括部门联合监管制度、电梯维保资金保障制度、电梯维修更换专项基金制度、“原厂维保”制度、电梯责任保险制度、电梯维保单位“上榜”制度、业主安全意识定期培训制度等,为解决电梯安全问题提供了有益参考。
