自主创新能力是科技事业发展的决定性因素,是国家的核心竞争力,是富民强国的重要基础。党中央、国务院对于提高自主创新能力作出了一系列决策和部署。前不久,全省科学技术大会在合肥召开,这是省委、省政府在新世纪召开的第一次全省科技大会,会议部署实施《安徽省科技发展“十一五”规划纲要及2020年远景展望》,研究制订自主创新的配套政策和措施,发出了建设创新型安徽的号召。面对高新技术革命和产业革命的机遇,我们一定要把坚持自主创新放在突出位置,推动经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型、由资源依赖型向创新驱动型转变,实现安徽经济的腾飞!
The capability of independent innovation is the decisive factor in the development of science and technology, the core competitiveness of the country and an important foundation for strengthening the people and power. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a series of decisions and plans for improving the capability of independent innovation. Not long ago, the province’s science and technology conference was held in Hefei, which was the first province-wide science and technology conference held by the provincial party committee and government in the new century. The conference deployed and implemented the Outline for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Development in Anhui Province and the 2020 Vision, "study and formulate supporting policies and measures for independent innovation, issued a call for the construction of innovative Anhui. In the face of the opportunities of the hi-tech revolution and the industrial revolution, we must give top priority to adhering to independent innovation and promote the transformation of the mode of economic growth from extensive mode to intensive mode and from resource-dependent mode to innovation-driven mode and realize the economic take-off in Anhui Province.
