科学的制定教学目标是优化课堂教学,提高教学质量的基础,那么怎样才能制定切实可行的教学目标呢?我认为大致可从以下几方面着手。一、制定目标要依据大纲、教材中学计算机教学大纲是编写教材的依据,是中学计算机教学的纲领性文件。中学计算机教材是向学生系统传授知识的工具书,因此,制定课时教学目标的依据是大纲、教材、学情。教师在制定教学目标之前,必须认真学习大纲,把握大纲对教材的要求及教学尺度,区分重、难点,深入钻研教材,弄清教材
