高考本质上是起点相同、机会均等的竞争,然而现行的高考制度存在不能忽视的系统误差和偶然误差,极大地影响了高考公平性的体现。在分析高考公平的误差的基础上,提出了如何减少系统误差和偶然误差的措施。 College entrance examination is essentially the same starting point, the equal opportunity competition, however, there are systematic errors and accidental errors that can not be ignored in the current college entrance examination system, which greatly affects the performance of the fairness of college entrance examination. On the basis of analyzing the fairness error of entrance examination, some measures to reduce systematic error and accidental error are put forward.
