现代医院建设要求树立“以病人为中心”的基本准则,就是一切从方便病人出发,简化就医程序,使人人都获得更好的医疗服务,达到“以人为本”的目的。本文针对医院建筑的设计改造施工特点,结合工程实际案例,提出了医院建筑的设计改造施工进度的监理协调管理方法和进度计划的审查要点。工程的进度管理工作做一详尽描述,以供同行参考。
The modern hospital building requires the establishment of a “patient-centered” basic principle, that is, all from the convenience of patients starting to simplify the medical procedures, so that everyone has access to better medical services, to achieve the “people-oriented” purpose.
