围绕建设百万辆级一汽集团,发展民族汽车工业这个中心任务,近几年来,我们坚持重在建设,重在创新的原则,抓好党员教育,努力把党员队伍建设成一汽的脊梁、民族汽车工业的脊梁。其主要做法是:一、以党员领导干部为重点,培养领导现代化汽车工业集团的好带头人我们有处级以上党员领导干部近700人。针对一汽直接与国内外市场竞争变化的实际,我们注重从理论水平、决策能力、廉洁自律三方面入手,不断提高领导干部的整体素质。1.持之以恒地抓好理论学习,为领导现代化工业集团打好根基。
