务实,是扎实地从事或研讨具体工作的作风。务实的作风适合于任何工作,是解决各种矛盾的出发点。尽管企业的思想政治工作伴随着各个历史时期的政治形势、行业自身的特点、企业当前经济活动等诸因素的变化而变化,但万变不离其宗,它的工作方法必须务实。务实的工作作风,是邓小平理论之“解放思想,实事求是”观点的体现和运用,唯有务实,思想政治工作的威力才能发挥出来。
Pragmatic, is a solid style of work or study specific work. Pragmatic style suitable for any work, is the starting point to resolve various contradictions. Although the ideological and political work of enterprises changes with the changes of the political situation in various historical periods, the characteristics of the industry itself and the current economic activities of the enterprises, the working methods of the enterprise must be pragmatic. Practical work style is the embodiment and application of Deng Xiaoping Theory’s viewpoint of “emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts”. Only pragmatism and the power of ideological and political work can be brought into play.
