本文简单介绍了一种旋转运动和直线运动互不干涉的行星齿轮摇臂新机构,并成功地应用于JC007型高精度蜗轮母机上,加工出精度很高的蜗轮。新机构的应用使机床布局新颖,蜗轮滚刀至圆工作台蜗杆的传动,全部采用平行轴圆柱齿轮,与传统的锥齿轮、长花键传动相比,具有传动链短、精度高、布局合理等优点。本机构也可以应用在平行轴间有严格传动比要求而又有相对趋近和趋远直线运动的自动机械和精密机床上。本文还对该机构的原理进行了叙述。
This paper briefly introduces a new mechanism of planetary gear rocker which does not intervene between rotation and linear motion. It has been successfully applied to JC007 high-precision worm gear mainframe to process the worm gear with high precision. The application of the new mechanism makes the layout of the machine tool novel. The worm wheel hob to the circular table worm drive, all with parallel shaft spur gear. Compared with the traditional bevel gear and long spline transmission, it has the advantages of short transmission chain, high precision and reasonable layout Etc.
