介绍了采用微机实时计算分析系统,用压力-时间法和蜗壳压差法两种测流方式在有调压井和分叉管机组上进行水轮机效率试验的结果.推荐在水轮机现场效率试验中应用带微机实时计算分析系统的压力-时间法测流方式作率定和验收试验,蜗壳压差法作经常性的流量效率测量。在应用微机实时计算分析系统后,两种测流方式的效率试验结果的误差均能满足国际规程规定的要求,是目前最为简便和便宜的水轮机效率试验方法.可在现场进行试验的分析判断,当场提供包括效率-出力数学方程和误差计算在内的全部结果.
